When placing your order and in your order confirmation you will see the expected delivery time – it depends on the seller, the type of item, and the shipping method. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation in your email.

Please allow a few extra days for delivery (particularly during peak seasons). Post workers and carriers will always do their best to get your item to you. If your order does not come within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you.

A seller will send you the item by post, the shipping method depends on your location. 

You have ordered the wrong item or you want a different product? If the seller has not sent the item yet, it is not a problem. Contact a seller, explain your decision, and you will be offered possible solutions (whether the order will be completely canceled, or the seller will just replace the item with the one with the required characteristics).

If you paid for your order by bank transfer, you can expect the refund within 14 working days on your account.

If an item is defective, you submit a claim. Please contact the Seller directly or through Customer Support to process your complaint and please provide as much detail as possible about the defect so that we can process your claim faster. Once the claim is received by the seller, you will be offered a possible solution: a substitute or a refund.

Unused items can be returned to a seller free of charge within 14 days. 

Contact the seller to find out the correct return address and send the item by post.

Keep your shipping receipt until your return has been processed. The seller will make a refund within 30 days after receiving the item. If it doesn’t happen, contact our Customer Support.
